If you are applying to an entity whose funds have historically been routed through ARF and you need to route a proposal for unit leader and college signatures, you may use this website to submit a proposal.  BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT ARF STAFF DO NOT ROUTINELY MONITOR THIS SITE.  You must notify the ARF office (541-737-3228 or [email protected]) that you have submitted a proposal.  Reports can also be filed through the site with similar notification.
