The Agricultural Research Foundation (ARF) was established in October of 1934 to encourage and facilitate research in all branches of agriculture and related fields for the benefit of Oregon’s agriculture and natural resource industries. It is a non-profit corporation that is independent from Oregon State University (OSU) but operates under a Memorandum of Understanding with OSU, as well as applicable state and federal non-profit and tax laws. More information about ARF can be found elsewhere on this website. Our annual report - http://agresearchfoundation.oregonstate.edu/feature-story/annual-report-2016-2017 - will give you a comprehensive snapshot of our organization.
ARF has a staff of three people – a part-time Executive Director, a full-time Finance Manager, and a full-time Office Manager. These three individuals work in lockstep with our all-volunteer Board of Directors to accomplish the missions of ARF.
There are currently no open positions in ARF.
ARF provides a competitive benefits package including medical and life insurances, contributions toward a retirement account and vacation, sick and medical leave. See benefits for additional detail.
